Known as 'Black Gold', Pepper is the most celebrated of spices from Kerala. It improves blood circulation, stimulates digestion and alleviates cough, cold and infections. Varieties include Arakkulam Munda, Balankotta, Kalluvally, Karimunda, Kuthiravally and Panniyur-1.
